CANSI.  Late breakfast at Melting Pot in Kabankalan City.  Our friends had already ordered a large steaming bowl of cansi.  Cansi is the Ilonggos version of Bulalo.  Beef shanks boiled for hours with batuan, pechay, achuete, etc.  Atty Maki spooning out the yummy but very deadly marrow.
